Help Desk Facility

As a features of the gDN platform, we provide clients with an online help desk facility to resolve any product or service queries you may have. Our documentation is full and resources are always made available, but the Help Desk gives you that extra level of care.

The platform:

  • Ensures each enquiry raised has a unique reference number, allowing it to be tracked to conclusion
