  • Stand alone Claims Administration from a standard process to bespoke requirements to complement existing processes or to handle manufacturer programmes completely.
  • Claims audit services for manufacturers programmes is available from us to provide an independent report.
  • Sales training programmes that complement existing company ethos.
  • Direct mail fulfilment of all document literature including terms and conditions, demands and needs, statement of price, terms of business, all to FSA requirements.
  • Full Resolicitation programmes operated from our own Contact Centre with the capability of incoming and outbound product sales calls, with full call recording facility and compliant with FSA requirements.
  • Contact Centre customer satisfaction surveys to understand the consistency and accuracy of the products you offer.
