      <title>Global IM sponsor BEN raffle at Motor Trader 2010 awards</title>
      <description>&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Global Insurance Management was the proud sponsor for the second successive year of the BEN raffle at the prestigious Motor Trader awards at the Grosvenor Hotel in London.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
The prize was two tickets to the Italian Grand Prix including travel and accommodation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
BEN was founded in 1905 by Arthur Wilson (1858-1945) - a leading advertising agent in the motor and cycle industries - to provide care and support for employees and their dependants in times of need.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
BEN offers financial, emotional and practical help and support to more than 15,000 men, women and children who have a connection with the automotive sector.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
The raffle raised a fantastic &amp;pound;9.480 and the lucky winner was Paul Buckingham. Global has also committed to sponsoring the BEN raffle in 2011.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Global Secure Warranty Extension Programme with Renault Ireland</title>
      <description>&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Global Insurance Management has been awarded the Renault For You warranty programme in Ireland. The scheme will be underwritten by AXA Insurance UK plc.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Renault For You extended warranty will offer Renault customers a &amp;lsquo;peace of mind&amp;rsquo; motoring solution that suits their particular needs, at an affordable price.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The new Renault For You programme will enable Renault customers to extend their manufacturer warranty from the current 3-year warranty to up to 5-years unlimited mileage. This 5-year warranty will include fully comprehensive breakdown assistance cover which includes in particular; nationwide recovery, home assist, over night accommodation, 24-hour hire vehicle and a dedicated 24-hour help-line.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pascal le Merle, Quality &amp;amp; Service Director, Renault Ireland:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;ldquo;Renault is first among the European make to come up with such an offer! The extended warranty will be an optional purchase to customers when buying their new Renault car or van and can be purchased from up to 12 months after the car is registered. It will also be fully transferable if, and when a motorist sells their car on, helping to optimise the re-sale value&amp;rdquo;&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Global IM - Mike Miller Statement</title>

&lt;p&gt;Following a lengthy discussion it is with deep regret Global Insurance Management announces Mike Miller has resigned from the Board.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After five successful years, Mike has decided to pursue other opportunities. John Gilbert (Managing Director) would like to thank Mike for all his hard work and looks forward to hearing of his future successes.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Motor Industry Code of Practice </title>
      <description>&lt;br /&gt;&lt;h4&gt;Global Insurance Management has been at the forefront in the development of the new Motor Industry Code of Practice for Vehicle Warranty Products which was introduced in July 2009.&lt;/h4&gt;

Mr Hynes immediately donated the prize back to the charity and requested one of their hard working volunteers be presented with the tickets. Global&amp;rsquo;s Managing Director John Gilbert thought this was a magnanimous gesture.&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;br /&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Lumley Auto Limited has changed its name to Global Insurance Management Limited.&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Lumley Auto has been supplying insurance products to the automotive sector for over thirty years and was subject to a change of management just over five years ago when John Gilbert purchased the business from Peter Lumley in 2004. During that time the annual GWP turnover has grown dramatically from &amp;pound;3 million to a figure close to &amp;pound;20 million.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Lumley&amp;rsquo;s relationship with underwriting partner AXA Insurance plc has helped it build operations throughout Europe and the Middle East. It has also seen that close relationship take Lumley into other sectors, including manufacturing, insurance, banking and finance markets.&lt;/p&gt;
