John Gilbert, the Managing Director of Global Insurance Management, took over the business in September 2003. He has been instrumental in expanding the business on a worldwide scale and the business now operates in over twenty countries.
John has been involved in the motor trade since 1977 and brings with him a wealth and broad spectrum of experience vital in this ever changing and demanding industry.
He derives great satisfaction from providing excellent quality products and service and leading a workforce who are motivated in delivering the same exacting standards whilst enjoying a great working environment and benefits.
John is married to Sandra and has two grown up daughters. He is based in Yorkshire and enjoys spending time with his family, two golden retrievers and canal boating as ways of relaxing away from the business and maintaining a work , life balance.
One of his favourite activities however is related to the motor trade and involves racing around in his Lotus Exige at regular track days.
