Graham is 44 years old, married with 2 daughters.
He started his career in the motor trade in 1989 as Business Manager with a large dealership in Scotland. His role in this and a subsequent dealership was to maximise profits through promoting finance and general insurance products to retail customers.
A move to a finance house in 1996 honed his skills in working and negotiating financial and insurance solutions within the motor trade. An integral part of this role was the design and delivery of training programmes and ongoing support for dealers in maximising their profits.
Graham moved to a warranty company in 2000 as Training & Development Manager for Scotland and the North East of England. Graham gained more prominence in the sector and gained a reputation for his integrity, hard work and professionalism. Key areas were in identifying incremental profit opportunities, developing a strategy for fulfilling the business potential along with relationship building with key clients.
Graham moved to Global Insurance Management (previously Lumley Auto) in 2004 and is presently Director of Sales, Overseas Division.
He works alongside the senior management team to promote Global insurance Management business philosophies, identifying business potentials in the general insurance market both within the normal core business and also in emerging markets.
