Claims Manager
Alan started as an apprentice mechanic at an Austin Rover main dealership in the Midlands, completing 6 years of service. He then moved to a Renault dealer, soon becoming a senior technician. Alan has worked for a variety of dealerships including BMW & Vauxhall and has experience too as a Service Receptionist and Service Manager.
Alan moved to Global Insurance Management (formerly Lumley Auto) in 2000 as a Claims Engineer and is now Claims Manager, overseeing the day to day running of the claims department.
Alan is a keen football supporter of Coventry City and regularly attends their matches with his family.
